Did you know amber isn’t a mineral? Amber is a FOSSILIZED RESIN of ORGANIC origin, it is a biological product of nature, a protective resin that sprouted from living trees in dense and prehistoric forests and fossilized for millions of years!
Because of its origin, amber has a strong connection with the SUN and the EARTH, as well as with insects, organisms and plant matter that once lived and are suspended forever within its golden structure.
It has been used since ancient times as a SACRED and HEALING stone.
It is said to be a great ENERGY CLEANER, which increases VITALITY, provides protection and connects the ROOT and SOLAR PLEXUS chakras.
My first contact with amber was about 20 years ago. I remember it perfectly. My brother gave me a small silver charm with a Baltic amber. I remember it well because it was shortly before I left my parents’ house to go live in Denmark. Then, my friends there gave me a precious amber ring that I kept for a long time. I always felt them as BEAUTIFUL TALISMANS.
I would never have imagined that a few years later I would have the LUCK of living in San Cristobal de las Casas, CHIAPAS, Mexico, where there is one of the amber mines in the world, and much less that I myself would learn to make jewelry with it!!!
